The purpose of the OLT is to fairly and efficiently resolve disputes related to land use. Our performance audit assessed how well the tribunal has fulfilled its purpose since being established in 2021. We looked at the effectiveness of OLT’s dispute-resolution and results, as well as the work of its adjudicators, information systems and human resources management.
